On Valentine's Day, the accused reportedly approached the teenage girl and proposed to her. He then lured her to his residence during the afternoon hours. Despite the victim's clear refusal, the young man allegedly forced her into a non-consensual physical relationship, committing a severe act of sexual violence.
Threats and Subsequent Disclosure
After the assault, the accused threatened to kill the victim if she revealed the crime to anyone. This intimidation left the girl traumatized and visibly disturbed for several days.
