The deceased have been identified as Vikki Kumar (22) and Brajesh Kumar (23), both residents of Rajpur Ward-1 within the Kishanpur police station area. Meanwhile, Manibhushan Mandal (24), also from Rajpur, and another young man sustained severe injuries in the collision and were urgently referred to Supaul Sadar Hospital for specialized medical care.

Kishanpur Station House Officer Gyan Ranjan promptly arrived at the crash site with a team of police personnel. With assistance from villagers, officers ensured the injured received emergency transportation to Sadar Hospital. Police subsequently took custody of the three bodies and arranged for post-mortem examinations.
"Prima facie evidence indicates the accident resulted from dangerously high speeds," stated SHO Gyan Ranjan. "Our preliminary investigation reveals there were three individuals on one motorcycle and two on the other. Eyewitness accounts suggest the riders were performing stunts and driving recklessly, which ultimately caused the fatal collision. A comprehensive investigation remains ongoing."
