The attack unfolded in the early hours of February 1, around 6 am, when the accused allegedly forced their way into the victims' home.

They then turned their aggression towards Hemanti Devi, Chotu, and Mamta. Tragically, Hemanti and Chotu succumbed to their injuries on the spot, while Mamta was left in a critical condition, fighting for her life.
