Legal Proceedings and Ongoing Efforts
A formal case has been registered at the Kaprada police station under the relevant provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Authorities have indicated that this action is part of a broader, sustained campaign aimed at curbing the cultivation, distribution, and consumption of prohibited narcotics across Valsad district.
The police emphasized that such drives are crucial for maintaining public safety and preventing drug-related crimes.
