CJP to March to Parliament on July 20 Amid Exam Row
CJP Parliament March July 20 Over Exam Irregularities

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), a youth-led political outfit, has announced a march to Parliament on July 20, calling on students and parents to join the protest. The group is demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged irregularities in examinations conducted under his purview.

Allegations of Police Obstruction

The CJP accused the Delhi Police of preventing protesters from bringing tarpaulins to the protest site, despite heavy rain. According to the outfit, this action has made conditions difficult for demonstrators who have been staging a sit-in for days. The police have not yet commented on the allegations.

Demand for Minister's Resignation

The core demand of the CJP is the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, who they hold responsible for what they call systematic failures in the examination system. The group claims that irregularities have affected thousands of students across the country. The Education Ministry has previously denied any wrongdoing.
