Indian Army Conducts Major Ex-Servicemen Rally in Jhansi
In a significant initiative to support retired military personnel, the Indian Army organized a mega Ex-Servicemen Rally (ESM) at Hati Ground near the White Tiger War Memorial in Jhansi on Sunday. The event drew an impressive turnout of over 1,200 ex-servicemen, along with their widows and 'Veer Naris' from Jhansi and Jalaun districts, highlighting the army's commitment to its veteran community.

The daylong rally saw participation from a diverse group, including senior veteran officers, NCC cadets, schoolchildren, and civil administration officials. Distribution of Aid and Financial Support
As part of the rally's outreach, tangible support was provided to those in need. Three modified electric scooters and two electric wheelchairs were distributed to needy ex-servicemen, enhancing their mobility and quality of life. Additionally, financial assistance was extended to 10 'Veer Naris', recognizing their sacrifices and offering crucial economic support.

The event also marked the conclusion of a motorbike rally that was flagged off on March 23. This rally traveled through remote areas of Jhansi and Jalaun, aiming to raise awareness and reach out to veterans in hard-to-access regions.
