Details of the Incident

Bharatpur Circle Officer Narendra Kumar stated that the blast occurred at a car workshop located on Deeg Road in Kama town. According to police, Manmohan owns the workshop, and both his family and that of his brother Bhagwan Singh reside in a house built above the workshop premises.

Sequence of Events

On Tuesday evening, Manmohan was repairing a car while a labourer at the workshop was conducting repair work on the opposite side. A gas cylinder being used for the repair work reportedly developed a leak and subsequently exploded. The force of the blast caused another cylinder stored nearby to also explode, leading to a massive fire that engulfed the area.

Police officials confirmed that the fire has been brought under control, and an investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the cylinder leak and explosion. The families of the victims are being provided with necessary assistance.
