Election Results Overview
The Maharashtra State Election Commission announced results for most seats late Friday evening. Out of 2,869 total seats across 29 municipal corporations, results for 2,784 seats were declared. The BJP emerged as the single largest party by securing 1,372 seats.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah also commented on the alliance's performance. He stated that the victory demonstrates continued public trust in the NDA government's development policies under Prime Minister Modi's leadership.
Coalition Success Across Municipalities
The Mahayuti coalition achieved significant wins in multiple municipal corporations:

- Dhule
- Panvel
- Jalgaon
- Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad
- Jalna
The alliance also moved closer to securing majority in the ongoing Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation vote counting process.

Amit Shah extended congratulations to several key figures involved in the electoral success. He specifically mentioned Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Shah also acknowledged BJP state president Ravindra Chavan and all party workers who contributed to the victory.
