NCC cadets of Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Sector 69, Mohali, delivered an outstanding performance at the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-94), organised by the NCC Training Academy, Ropar. Their remarkable achievements across various competitions earned the school the prestigious ‘Overall Best Institute’ trophy.

Rigorous Training and Diverse Competitions

During the 10-day camp, the cadets underwent rigorous military training while actively participating in a wide range of cultural, creative and sporting activities. Demonstrating exceptional talent and discipline, Cadet Ekamjot Kaur won the gold medal in the speech competition with her confident presentation and impressive oratory skills. Cadet Divyanshi secured the gold medal in the poster-making competition, while Cadet Sachleen Kaur earned the bronze medal in the shooting event.

Team Achievements

The school’s cadets also displayed outstanding teamwork by securing first position in the drill competition, cultural programme and cleanliness competition, contributing significantly to the school’s overall championship.
