COIMBATORE: All teacher vacancies in government schools across Tamil Nadu will be filled promptly to safeguard students' education, stated Rajmohan, the state's school education and information & public relations minister, on Thursday.
Minister Addresses Media at Airport
Speaking to reporters at Coimbatore International Airport, Rajmohan outlined several ongoing reforms within the school education department for the current academic year. He emphasized that the government, aligned with Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay's vision, is continuously striving to deliver world-class education to students in government schools.
Infrastructure and Technology Upgrades
Alongside improving school infrastructure, efforts are underway across the state to establish digital technology facilities and modern laboratories. These initiatives aim to enhance the learning environment and prepare students for a technology-driven future.
Modernization of Information & Public Relations Department
The minister also announced that the information & public relations department is being modernized to ensure that the government's welfare schemes and achievements reach the common man seamlessly. He urged the public not to believe fake news on social media or baseless rumors concerning the education department.
Legal Action Against Rumors
Rajmohan warned that strict legal action would be taken against those spreading rumors that gamble with the future of students. He reiterated the government's commitment to protecting the integrity of the education system.
