BJP national general secretary and Rajya Sabha candidate from Madhya Pradesh, Tarun Chugh, filed his nomination papers at the Madhya Pradesh Assembly on Saturday. The event was attended by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, state BJP president Hemant Khandelwal, and other senior party leaders.

Gratitude and Commitment

Chugh expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP president Nitin Nadda for reposing faith in him. He stated that the confidence shown by the party in an ordinary karyakarta is both a matter of pride and a great responsibility.

Association with Madhya Pradesh

Recalling his long and emotional association with Madhya Pradesh, Chugh said he had previously worked in the state as an organisational expansion in-charge. He noted that representing Madhya Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha is a matter of great honour.
