Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Saturday expressed profound grief over the passing of former Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader BC Khanduri. Dhami attended the final rites held in Haridwar, where he paid his last respects to the departed leader. The ceremony was conducted with full state honors at the Haridwar ghats, with several political dignitaries and family members in attendance.
