TMC minister and Krishnagar Dakshin candidate Ujjal Biswas has accused the BJP of deploying substantial financial resources to sway voters in the ongoing West Bengal assembly elections. However, he asserted that such tactics are unlikely to change the political outcome, as the Trinamool Congress continues to enjoy robust grassroots support in the region.
Biswas Defends TMC's Position
Biswas, who is seeking his fourth consecutive term from the constituency, emphasized that the state government's welfare schemes and strong organizational presence have maintained voter confidence. Despite the BJP's alleged use of money power, Biswas argued that the ground reality remains in favor of the TMC.
