A tragic incident occurred in Tirumala on Tuesday when a 35-year-old man from Tamil Nadu lost his life after accidentally falling from the terrace of a private mutt. The deceased has been identified as Manikandan, a resident of Vaniyambadi in the Tirupattur district of Tamil Nadu.

According to the Tirumala II Town police, Manikandan was engaged in repairing a water tank on the top floor of a private mutt when he slipped and fell. Fellow workers and mutt staff immediately rushed him to the TTD's Aswini hospital for medical attention. However, his condition was critical, and he was subsequently shifted to the SVRR Government General Hospital in Tirupati, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The Tirumala II Town police have registered a case and are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident. Authorities are examining the site and recording statements from eyewitnesses to determine if any safety lapses contributed to the fall.
