NEW DELHI: Three individuals were rescued early Wednesday morning following a fire that erupted at Lemon Green Restaurant in South Delhi’s Malviya Nagar area. The Delhi Fire Services (DFS) received an emergency call around 8:50 am and promptly dispatched a total of 10 fire tenders to the location.
Rescue Operation Details
Upon arrival, firefighters entered the building and successfully rescued three people who were trapped in the basement. A video of the incident captured the evacuation process, showing firefighters guiding the individuals out of the basement and subsequently shifting them to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Emergency Response
The quick response by the DFS prevented any casualties. The fire was brought under control within a short span of time. Authorities are investigating the cause of the blaze.
