Details of the Violent Incident
The attack unfolded in Pulla village under the Bhimadolu police limits on the evening of December 5. According to police reports, the prime accused, identified as Bollarapu Pavan Raj Kumar, allegedly gathered a mob to target two brothers, Kandru Isaac and Kandru Raju, from the Dalit locality known as Padamati Harijanpeta.
