Across all district headquarters in Uttar Pradesh, the BJP conducted seminars and discussions dedicated to remembering Upadhyaya's legacy. Party functionaries gathered to offer floral tributes at statues and portraits of the veteran leader, reflecting on his pivotal role in nation-building and his enduring social philosophy.
State BJP president Pankaj Chaudhary emphasized that Upadhyaya's concept of antyodaya transcends mere political ideology, describing it as a life philosophy deeply embedded in the soul of Indian culture. He highlighted that this vision centers on uplifting the most marginalized individuals in society, placing their welfare at the heart of national progress.

Dharampal Singh, the state general secretary (organisation), noted that Upadhyaya's thoughts continue to inspire efforts toward creating a self-reliant, self-respecting, and inclusive India. He explained that the philosophy advocates for the economic, social, and political empowerment of poor, deprived, and marginalized communities, fostering a more equitable society.
Singh further stated that the BJP remains committed to following the path charted by Upadhyaya, adhering to the mantra of 'Antyodaya to Rashtrodaya'—from uplifting the last person to achieving national resurgence. The party is dedicated to working with unwavering dedication toward service, good governance, and inclusive development, aligning with Upadhyaya's principles.
