In a dramatic rescue operation in Prayagraj, a 3-year-old boy was safely pulled out of a 10-foot-deep pit on Thursday evening. The incident occurred at Ulda Gram Panchayat, under the jurisdiction of Nawabganj police station.

The child fell into the pit, which had been dug for the pillars of an under-construction house, while playing. The mishap caused panic among the villagers, who immediately dialed the emergency number 112. With the help of a JCB machine, the rescue team worked for about an hour to extract the boy from the pit. The child was brought out safely and was reported to be unharmed. Officials from Nawabganj police station confirmed that the boy was reunited with his family after the rescue.
