Former Karnataka minister D Sudhakar was cremated with full state honours on Sunday, following his death at a Bengaluru hospital. Sudhakar, aged 66, had undergone a knee surgery but slipped into a coma after developing a lung infection. He was initially treated at Manipal Hospital before being shifted to KIMS Hospital in Electronic City, Bengaluru, where he was declared dead at 3:15 am on Sunday.
