In a significant show of appreciation, former servicemen in Buxar district felicitated BJP MLA Anand Mishra on Monday for his efforts in raising their long-standing land allotment demand within the state assembly. The recognition ceremony took place during the monthly gathering of the Indian Ex-Servicemen Movement (IESM) at the Sainik Office located on Bypass Road, attracting approximately 200 retired military personnel from various parts of the district.
Key Discussions and Organizational Growth
The meeting served as a platform for robust discussions on critical issues affecting ex-servicemen, alongside the formal induction of 20 new members into the organization. The session was jointly presided over by district president Subedar Harendra Tiwari and Major P K Pandey, with district vice-president Subedar Vidya Sagar Choubey skillfully conducting the proceedings.
