They instructed operators to ensure that wedding processions join from only 500 meters away from the venue to avoid traffic jams, arrange proper parking, keep CCTV cameras functional, and prohibit firing. Additionally, operators were told to keep music and fireworks at a low volume after 10 p.m. However, they are still permitted to allow fireworks in front of the venues until 2 a.m.
