Key Transfers and New Postings

Prominent among the transferred officers is Raja Sekhar Vundru, who previously served as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) for the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department and ACS for the Transport Department. He has now been posted as ACS for the Printing & Stationery Department while retaining his charge as ACS for the Transport Department.

G Anupama, who held the positions of ACS for the Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (Sewa) Department, along with ACS for the Citizen Resources Information Department, will now serve as ACS for the Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (Sewa) Department and ACS for the Civil Aviation Department.

Additional Significant Postings

Apoorva Kumar Singh, previously ACS for the Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, has been transferred to the roles of ACS for the Higher Education Department and ACS for the PW (B&R) and Architecture Department.

Anurag Agarwal, who was ACS for PW (B&R) and Architecture, Irrigation & Water Resources, and Advisor to the Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board, has been posted as ACS for the Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department.

Vijayendra Kumar, formerly ACS for the Cooperation Department, Officer on Special Duty for the proposed Haryana Income Enhancement Board, ACS for Haryana (Appointments), Personnel Department, and ACS for Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, has been assigned as ACS for the Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare Department. Pankaj Agarwal, who served as Principal Secretary for the Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare Department and Principal Secretary for the Mines & Geology Department, has been posted as Principal Secretary for the Irrigation & Water Resources Department. He will also take on the role of Advisor to the Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and continue as Principal Secretary for the Mines & Geology Department.

Vijay Singh Dahiya, previously Principal Secretary for the Printing & Stationery Department, Principal Secretary for the Animal Husbandry Department, and Principal Secretary for the Sports Department, has been transferred to the positions of Principal Secretary for the School Education Department, Principal Secretary for the Animal Husbandry Department, and Principal Secretary for the Sports Department.

Ashima Brar, who was Commissioner & Secretary for the Excise & Taxation Department and Commissioner & Secretary for the Finance Department, has been posted as Commissioner & Secretary for the Energy Department, in addition to her current duties.
