Legislative Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania will preside over the function in Hamirpur, while Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri will attend the event in the capital city of Shimla.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Colonel Dhani Ram Shandil (retd) will preside over the state function at Bilaspur, as confirmed by an official spokesperson. Agriculture Minister Chander Kumar will lead the celebrations in Kangra at Dharamshala, and Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan will oversee the event in Sirmaur at Nahan.
