During the assault, one student was struck on the back of the head with a stone, sustaining significant injuries. Two injured Class IX students required immediate medical attention and were initially transported to Attingal taluk hospital for treatment. Due to the severity of their injuries, both students were later shifted to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital for further care and observation.
