Maharashtra Government Pledges Compensation for Farmers Affected by Unseasonal Rainfall

He added that further inputs are expected to accelerate the investigation, with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis having directed a detailed probe into alleged land irregularities. Information related to these matters is being shared with the revenue department for necessary action.
"There is no need for a parallel inquiry, as the SIT investigation is already in progress," Bawankule emphasized, underscoring the government's focused approach to resolving the case.

The minister also issued a stern warning regarding the potential misuse of government welfare schemes. "If anyone has taken undue advantage of schemes, they will be identified and will not receive benefits in the future," he stated.
