It is designed to provide recreational spaces for children, welcoming environments for youth, and comfortable areas for the elderly. Lalduhoma urged citizens to support the initiative and called on implementing agencies to work with dedication to achieve these goals.
Major Infrastructure Upgrades and Features
The master plan includes several significant infrastructure upgrades:

- Building a new power substation to meet the rising electricity demand.
- Development of Aizawl Square as a central urban hub.
- Rebuilding the Vanapa Hall Complex with a seating capacity of 2,000, additional halls, an auditorium, and parking facilities.

Beautification of Heritage Court and Swift Implementation
Heritage Court itself is set to undergo beautification and redevelopment, with an allocation of Rs 13 crore for renovation and new construction. The program was chaired by Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Secretary Lalmalsawma Pachuau, while Director Jacob Lalawmpuia presented an overview of the project.
