The bodies of Ramesh Dumka (65), proprietor of Dumka Traders, and his wife Kamala Dumka (50), were found on the morning of Wednesday, December 3. Family members made the harrowing discovery after the couple failed to come downstairs from the first floor of their home.
According to officials, the couple was found hanging from ceiling fans in separate rooms. The police were alerted immediately. Preliminary investigations point towards extreme stress related to their business and mounting debts as the probable cause.
