In a strong rebuttal to opposition parties, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi declared on Tuesday that he would never sacrifice an individual as a scapegoat to enhance his political image. The statement came during heated budget debate proceedings in the state assembly, where opposition members have been persistently demanding the resignation of Health Minister Mukesh Mahaling following the devastating fire at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.
