Oversight will be conducted via the Integrated Command and Control Centre.

Traffic and Crowd Management Plans

Strict instructions were issued for effective crowd management and smooth traffic flow. Authorities are tasked with preparing detailed maps for traffic, parking, and public movement, supported by widespread publicity to guide visitors. Ambulances and medical teams will be on standby, and fire brigade units will be stationed at the venue.
