In a move that has ignited fresh political discourse across Bihar, workers of the Janata Dal (United) put up posters throughout Patna on Sunday, calling for Nishant Kumar, the son of veteran leader Nitish Kumar, to be recognized as the "future Chief Minister of Bihar." Youth Leader Urged to Step Out of Shadows
The posters, erected early in the morning by individuals identifying as "Nitish sevaks" or servants of Nitish, made a passionate appeal for Nishant Kumar to step into active politics. They described him as a "youth leader" and implored him to "come out of the shadows." The messages on the posters read, "We do not need a bulldozer, nor riots-unrest in Bihar. We need young jansevak… it is time for him to come out of the shadow."
While there is widespread speculation that Nishant Kumar could potentially assume the role of deputy Chief Minister, no official confirmation or announcement has been made by the party or government authorities so far.
