Details of the Incident

The deceased, Santosh Kumar Vishwakarma, 45, had returned to his native village Badalpur from Mumbai early Saturday. Family members reported that around 7 am, Santosh entered the house and found his brothers, Ashok and Vinod, digging the foundation for a new house. He objected and asked them to halt construction until the property division was resolved, which sparked a heated argument.
