The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is set to conduct its Western Region-level Karyakarta Vikas Varga-1 at KCE Society's MJ College in Jalgaon, spanning from May 10 to May 30. Approximately 300 volunteers from Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat are expected to participate in this 21-day residential training program.
Comprehensive Training Approach
According to RSS officials, the annual training camp is designed to foster the holistic development of volunteers through a blend of physical, intellectual, and organizational training. The curriculum includes sessions on physical fitness, management skills, discipline, service activities, and ideological orientation. Participants will adhere to a rigorous daily schedule, commencing at 4:30 AM and concluding at 10 PM.
Daily Routine and Activities
The camp's routine encompasses physical exercises, intellectual discussions, and specialized training in ghosh vadana (group chanting). A saghosh sanchalan (coordinated march) will also be conducted within the camp premises. The organizers emphasize an eco-friendly approach, aiming to minimize plastic usage and promote environmental conservation.
Mentorship by Senior Leaders
Senior RSS leaders, including Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, Sah-Sarkaryavah Arun Kumar, and Mangesh Bhende, are expected to mentor the participants during the camp. Sudhir Chaporkar has been appointed as the vargadhikari (camp in-charge) for the event.
