Police have identified the accused as Preet Singh from Hassanpur, Prabhjot Singh Mann from Ayali Kalan, Ramandeep Singh Baba from Sayan, Paramjit Singh Mann from Ayali Kalan, and Avtar Singh and Gurdeep Singh Neeta. Complaint and Allegations

The complaint was filed by Harjinder Singh Garcha from Gurdev Nagar, who lodged it at the commissionerate office on February 11, 2026. According to Garcha, he owns an eight-acre plot located in Ayali Kalan. Due to the plot's proximity to the Baddowal cantonment, construction activities have been banned on the land. To safeguard the property, Garcha had deployed caretakers to look after it.
