He stated that drivers found using mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, or headsets while operating buses would face severe disciplinary action, which includes suspension. The core instruction mandates that drivers must hand over their mobile phones and related gadgets to the bus conductor before commencing their shift. They can only retrieve their personal devices after completing their driving duties for the day.
