First Incident: Scooter Rider Suffers Neck Injuries
In the first case, Ramkhelawan, a 54-year-old resident of Shivpuri near Mall Avenue and an employee in the animal husbandry department, was returning home on his scooter when a Chinese kite string became entangled around his neck in the Hussain Ganj area. The sudden impact caused him to lose control of his vehicle and fall onto the road.
Local bystanders immediately rushed to his aid and transported him to Civil Hospital for emergency medical attention. Doctors at the facility reported that Ramkhelawan sustained deep cuts on his neck from the sharp string and is currently undergoing treatment for his injuries.
Second Incident: Student Injured Near Naka Bridge
In a separate incident occurring the same evening, Pranav Yadav, a student residing in the Sushant Golf City area, was injured when a kite string struck his face near Naka bridge. Pranav was returning home on a motorcycle with friends when the accident occurred.
His companions promptly brought him to Civil Hospital, where medical professionals treated the wound by stitching it closed. The quick response from his friends likely prevented more serious complications from developing.
