In Panaji, despite securing only three seats in the recent Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) election, Utpal Parrikar, son of former chief minister Manohar Parrikar, addressed the media on Friday. He acknowledged that the outcome fell short of expectations but emphasized his unwavering dedication to the city's welfare.
