The Los Angeles Rams have shown significant improvement in their performance, recording 12 wins and 5 losses in the last season. Although the team defeated the Chicago Bears in the divisional round and the Carolina Panthers in the Wild Card round, they suffered a heartbreaking loss against the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship game. As the new season approaches, all eyes are on the team's roster.
Los Angeles Rams Linked to Former New England Patriots Star Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs
A few days ago, Mirror US Sports predicted that Stefon Diggs could make an impactful addition to the Los Angeles Rams in the new season. In a recent report, Mirror US Sports noted, "The Rams had the chance to draft Makai Lemon as their wide receiver behind Puka Nacua, and to eventually take over from Davante Adams, before controversially choosing to select quarterback Ty Simpson."
The report added, "They still need to add another receiver, although their plan to be tight-end heavy looks clear, with Diggs a solid option to consider." Mirror US Sports continued, "They're in their Super Bowl window, with a one-year signing of Diggs showing that they're all in on competing at the top in 2026."
However, neither Stefon Diggs nor the Los Angeles Rams has officially commented on signing a potential contract. Over the last few months, attention has remained on Stefon Diggs' messy personal life as he fought scandalous lawsuits, even though he was a dominant player last season.
The 32-year-old wide receiver finished the last season with 85 receptions for 1,013 yards and 4 touchdowns across 17 regular season games. But Stefon Diggs has continued to remain an unrestricted free agent after the New England Patriots released him in March.
Though many teams continue to be linked to him, Stefon Diggs has expressed interest in the Washington Commanders, considering it is his hometown. While there are rumors suggesting the star wide receiver could join the Washington Commanders, nothing has been confirmed yet.
For now, all eyes are on what Stefon Diggs chooses to do ahead of the upcoming season.
