The deceased have been identified as Amrish Puri (28), a resident of Bharunda, Jodhpur; Umesh Puru (26); Rukmani Devi (51); and Neetu (22), all from Jodhpur. The injured include Santish Puri (52), Jasoda (26), Mansi (3), and Vedansh (8 months). All injured individuals were initially admitted to a government hospital, with two later referred to a hospital in Jodhpur for advanced treatment.

Nagaur ASP Asaa Ram stated that local residents assisted in rushing the injured to the hospital. The collision caused a traffic jam on the highway, prompting police to remove the car from the road to restore normalcy. The roadways bus was en route to Kuchera at the time of the accident.
