Karnataka Win South Zone Physical Disability T20 Tournament 2025

Karnataka emerged victorious as the champions of the South Zone Physical Disability T20 Tournament 2025, securing a well-fought five-wicket win against Hyderabad in the grand finale. The decisive match was held at the NFCL Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, marking a triumphant conclusion to the three-day sporting spectacle.

Karnataka's Commanding Chase Seals Victory

Opting to bat first after winning the toss, the Hyderabad team set a competitive target, scoring 115 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their full quota of 20 overs. Prashanth Ram played a crucial role for Hyderabad, contributing a valuable 27 runs to the total. However, Karnataka's bowling attack delivered a disciplined and effective performance to keep the opposition in check. The standout performer with the ball was Ashoka Yadav, whose impressive four-wicket haul was instrumental in restricting Hyderabad's batting lineup.

They successfully reached the target of 116 runs, finishing at 118 for the loss of 5 wickets in just 18.3 overs. The innings was anchored by opener Bharat, who played a composed and match-winning knock of 35 runs. His steady presence at the crease guided his team to a memorable title triumph, sparking celebrations among players and supporters.
