The match, held at the Kanpur South ground on Friday, saw KDMA Club chase down a modest target with ease, propelling them into the semi-finals of the competition.

SS Club, after being put in to bat first, struggled to build a substantial innings, managing to post a total of 103 runs before being bowled out. Their batting lineup faced relentless pressure from the KDMA bowlers, with key contributions from Mayank Singh, who claimed three wickets for just ten runs, and Raj Soni, who also took three wickets while conceding twenty-one runs. Saurabh Singh supported the attack with two wickets for fourteen runs, ensuring SS Club could not accelerate their scoring rate.
In response, KDMA Club approached the chase with confidence and composure. They reached the target of 104 runs with minimal fuss, scoring 109 runs for the loss of only three wickets.
