The Calcutta High Court had ruled to increase the interim maintenance amount to Rs 1.5 lakh per month for the spouse and Rs 2.5 lakh per month for their daughter. Additionally, the high court permitted the cricketer to clear any pending dues through eight structured monthly instalments, providing some financial flexibility while ensuring support obligations were met.
