A 35-year-old man lost his life in a road accident that occurred in the Hazaripahad area under the jurisdiction of Gittikhadan police station in Nagpur. The deceased has been identified as Abhijit Choube, a resident of Lokmanya Nagar.

According to the police, the tragic incident took place when Choube was traveling on his two-wheeler through Hazaripahad. At the same time, Mayank Tamsetwar, a 19-year-old resident of Trimurti Nagar, was riding another two-wheeler. The two vehicles collided, resulting in severe injuries to Choube.

Medical Response and Legal Action

Choube was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors examined him but declared him dead upon arrival. Following the incident, the Gittikhadan police have registered a case against Tamsetwar under charges of causing death by negligence.
