Kanpur: Siddharth Sinha slammed a brilliant half-century to power Dinesh Mishra XI to a comprehensive 81-run victory over Surendra Tiwari XI in the Late Moti Ram U-15 Cricket Championship at Rashtriya College Ground on Thursday.
Opting to bat first, Dinesh Mishra XI posted a competitive total of 179 for seven in their allotted 35 overs. Siddharth Sinha top-scored with a fluent 55, while Raghvendra Pal contributed a valuable 34. For Surendra Tiwari XI, Prafull Kashyap was the pick of the bowlers, claiming three wickets for 41 runs, while Sparsh Rajput took two for 39.
In response, Surendra Tiwari XI's batting lineup crumbled under pressure and were bundled out for a mere 98 runs. Mridul Singh fought hard with 31 runs, and M Abbas added 23, but the rest of the batting failed to support them. Amit was the star with the ball for Dinesh Mishra XI, taking three wickets for just 14 runs, while Rishu Pal and Atharv Awasthi each picked up two wickets for 16 runs.

Winners Club vs Tarun Athletics
At SCG Ground, Winners Club defeated Tarun Athletics by five wickets. Tarun Athletics were bowled out for 180 runs, with Vidit Joshi scoring 42. Mission Abbas was the standout bowler for Winners Club, taking four wickets for 55 runs, while Krishna Mishra chipped in with two wickets. In response, Winners Club reached 183 for five, courtesy of Priyanshu's brilliant 78 and Sarthak Lohia's 46. Ishan Mishra took four wickets for 41 runs for Tarun Athletics.
Kanpur South vs PAC
Kanpur South crushed PAC by a massive margin of 117 runs. Batting first, Kanpur South posted a formidable 267 for nine, with Prince Maurya scoring 51, Utkarsh Yadav 43, Aman Singh 42, and Himanshu Singh 40. Vinayak Singh was the most successful bowler for PAC, taking five wickets for 42 runs. In reply, PAC were all out for 150, with Ayush Pandey top-scoring with 55. Ashutosh Pandey took four wickets for 31 runs, while Aman Bhadoria claimed three for 10 for Kanpur South.
KDMA vs Kanpur Cricketers
KDMA defeated Kanpur Cricketers by six wickets. Kanpur Cricketers were dismissed for 200 runs, with Akash Trivedi scoring 63, Prashant Awasthi 37, and Shivansh Kapoor 26. Shivam Dubey took four wickets for 45 runs, and Pratham Mishra took three for 28 for KDMA. In reply, KDMA chased down the target with ease, reaching 202 for four, thanks to Satnam Singh's unbeaten 74, Mahi Katiyar's 54, and Sumit Singh's 29. Ashok Kumar took two wickets for 25 runs for Kanpur Cricketers.
Superior Spirit vs BCA
Superior Spirit beat BCA by 84 runs. Batting first, Superior Spirit piled up 271 for seven, with Kumar Abhinav scoring 78 and Kunwar Shivam Singh adding 70. Balram Singh took three wickets for 20 runs for BCA, while Yuvraj Singh claimed two for 42. In response, BCA were bowled out for 187, with Brajash and Yuvraj Singh each scoring 53, and Dhanesh Verma contributing 40. Madhav Sharma was the pick of the bowlers for Superior Spirit, taking two wickets for 12 runs.
