The Osmania University in Hyderabad is set to officially announce the TS LAWCET 2026 results on June 5, 2026, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE). Candidates who participated in the computer-based state-level entrance test can access their scorecards online. The final answer keys for the law examinations will also be published on the same date.

Exam Conduct and Schedule

The competitive state entrance exam was successfully conducted on May 18, 2026, across multiple sessions to facilitate admission into undergraduate law programs. The 3-year LLB exam was held in two distinct shifts: morning (09:30 AM to 11:00 AM) and afternoon (12:30 PM to 02:00 PM). Meanwhile, the 5-year integrated LLB and LLM exams took place in an evening session from 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM.

Evaluation and Qualifying Criteria

The assessment authority will evaluate individual results out of a total maximum score of 120 marks. Based on previous registration patterns, where over 53,000 candidates enrolled, total attendance for 2026 is estimated to exceed 50,000. To qualify for seat allotment across participating universities, general and open category candidates must achieve a minimum qualifying threshold of 35%, which equates to obtaining at least 42 marks out of 120. However, candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories face no minimum qualifying score restriction. Admission allotments will cover approximately 4,202 designated seats for the 3-year LLB program and 2,064 available seats for the 5-year integrated LLB path.
