Advanced Security Measures
Bundelkhand University, entrusted with conducting the exam, implemented hi-tech arrangements for round-the-clock monitoring. A total of 22,000 CCTV cameras and 5,651 biometric devices were installed across examination centres. The system utilized artificial intelligence-powered real-time biometric attendance, including facial recognition and fingerprint authentication.
The AI-enabled surveillance system continuously monitored strong rooms, examination halls, and entry-exit points. Live facial recognition and attendance tracking were conducted from the central control room. AI-powered CCTV cameras in strong rooms generated alerts for unauthorized entry or opening of confidential material boxes, which were immediately communicated to the respective centres.
Communication Network
A Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)-based communication network connected all examination centres directly with the organizing university, ensuring seamless coordination and real-time updates.
