Second, India serves as a talent hub, with two major technology centers that support the global Zoom platform and contribute to R&D. Indian talent plays a key role in global product development, particularly in innovations like the flagship Zoom Contact Center platform.

Addressing India's new data protection laws, Raje assured that Zoom complies fully with local regulations. For paid enterprise customers in India, data flows through Indian data centers, and the platform adheres to all applicable security and privacy guidelines. Looking ahead, Raje projected that Zoom's India operations will continue to expand as the company scales new products and services. He noted that while casual usage has declined post-pandemic, enterprise and mid-market usage remains stable, reflecting Zoom's core focus on business collaboration.
