Isolved Opens Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: US-based human capital management solutions provider Isolved has inaugurated its new global capability centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, marking a significant expansion of its India operations. The company is increasing its investment in engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), and platform development to enhance its services.

New Centre to Support People Cloud Platform

The Hyderabad centre will support Isolved's unified People Cloud platform and strengthen teams working across product engineering, AI-led capabilities, platform delivery, payroll processing, and tax operations. The new office spans 28,000 square feet, and the company plans to hire 400 employees by the end of 2027 as part of its India expansion. This facility is expected to become Isolved's largest centre outside the United States.

Centre of Excellence for Engineering and AI

According to the company, the Hyderabad GCC is expected to develop into a centre of excellence for engineering and AI, supporting its long-term goal of building a “platform of action” that connects workforce intent with business outcomes. Isolved serves more than 200,000 employers and 9 million employees in the United States, and it views India as a strategic hub for innovation and product development.
