Management Commentary
Suresh S Kalpathi, executive director and chairman of Veranda Learning Solutions, attributed the strong performance to sustained momentum in student enrolments, expansion of the course portfolio, and healthy traction across both online and offline formats.
Demerger Update
Shareholders have approved the proposed demerger of the commerce entity after the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the scheme. Final regulatory approvals are expected by mid-July. Kalpathi stated that this move will help the company focus on its core academics and government test preparation businesses.
