The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has scheduled a 10-hour shutdown of the Gorewada Elevated Storage Reservoir (ESR) and Ground Service Reservoir (GSR) on May 15, 2026, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. This temporary suspension is necessary to carry out essential maintenance work, including the installation of 450 mm by 200 mm diameter inlet and outlet connections at Netaji Nagar Gorewada, aimed at improving water supply to the surrounding area.
