For the first time ever, Indian gaming enthusiasts will experience John Marston's epic adventure on their iOS and Android smartphones. This marks a significant expansion of Rockstar's reach into the rapidly growing mobile gaming market in India.
The mobile versions have been specifically optimized for touchscreen controls, ensuring smooth gameplay on handheld devices. Netflix subscribers will receive both titles as part of their membership, making high-quality gaming more accessible than ever to Indian audiences.
Enhanced Performance Across Platforms
According to Rockstar's detailed announcement, the new versions promise substantial technical improvements. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S users can expect buttery-smooth 60 frames per second performance with stunning 4K resolution and HDR support.
Nintendo Switch 2 owners have even more to celebrate with DLSS technology, HDR capabilities, mouse control support, and similarly impressive 60fps gameplay at high resolutions. These enhancements will make the wild west landscapes more immersive than ever before.
Free Upgrades and Save Transfers
In a consumer-friendly move, Rockstar has confirmed that existing owners of the PS4, Nintendo Switch, or backwards-compatible Xbox One versions will receive free upgrades to the new edition. This generous policy ensures loyal fans don't have to repurchase the game.
